We are currently recruiting an experienced Heating & Plumbing Engineer for a commercial project based in Westminster. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out installations and associated heating works within a commercial environment. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial systems, safe working practices, and the ability to work independently or as part of a site team.
Scope of Works
· Uplift existing 6-inch gas main to high level near soffit including supports and certification.
· Allow for additional isolation points at Ground Floor and Basement
· Marked up drawing to be provided for above.
- Commercial heating system installation
- Connection, testing, and basic fault finding
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Ensuring works are completed to required standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Heating & Plumbing Engineer in commercial settings
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong understanding of health & safety on site
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Blue JIB
- Good communication and teamwork skills
