Mechanical Project Manager - Hospital Project (South London) Location: Streatham, South London Contract Type: Full-time / Ongoing Project Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team on a large-scale commercial hospital build in South London. Key Requirements: Valid CSCS Black Card SMSTS certification Proven experience managing mechanical packages on large commercial projects, ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets effectively Excellent communication and organisational abilities Must live within a commutable distance to the Streatham area of London Responsibilities: Oversee the mechanical installation works on-site Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting Liaise with the client, consultants, and project team to deliver successful outcomes This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Project Manager to take on a high-profile role within a respected contractor, contributing to the successful delivery of a major healthcare project.
