The successful candidate will install, repair and maintain a wide range of gas, plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems across local, UK-wide and occasional international sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled engineer looking to expand their experience and support exciting projects across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities: Installation, Repair & Maintenance: Install, repair and maintain gas, plumbing and heating systems and components Install valves, pipework, fittings, pumps, booster sets and pressurisation sets.

Key Responsibilities Accurately undertake any necessary take-offs of drawings and schedules and perform data entry into the estimating software Provide detailed scope of works with breakdowns Oversee the compilation of the tender return to ensure all elements are accounted for prior to submittal Identify and review material and labour requirements in order to determine which is more cost effective Will be involved in winning and tendering desired projects with suppliers and sub-contractors. Reviewing tender documentation issued by clients and drive a thorough understanding of requirements. Responsible for accurately quantifying materials, plant and labour requirements for allocated projects, ensure that for pre-designed projects, enquiries relative to the supply of materials, plant and labour is satisfactorily dealt with and that relevant information, contractual and trading particulars are distributed. Set up, in conjunction with others, estimating process and procedures, systems and data base.
