We are looking two experienced fitters with knowledge of Air Handling Units.
We have weekend projects to replace Fan Coil Frost units on AHU.
There are multiple AHUs installed at the Building in London.
The units were manufactured around 2006 and are coming to the end of their CIBSE guide M recommended life expectancy.
There is a requirement to increase the buildings EPC rating.
To achieve this, we have proposed the below works to the AHUs:
In the meantime, for clarity we have listed the works to be undertaken.
Works
• EC Fan upgrades including kitchen supply AHU
• AC Fan upgrades AHU's' 1-2-3-7 complete with inverters
• Replacement frost coils
• Replacement heating coils
• LED lighting
• Replacement door hinges
• Repair damper bulkhead AHU 3
• Removal of louvres 4-5-6 to clean dampers
• Enlarge supply outlets on units
• Replacement all filters
• Replace access door seals
• Clean and fin comb all other coils
• General refurbishment all units
